If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the goods within 14 days after the delivery of your order. All items must be returned unused, unopened, with proper security seals and in their original packaging. If the returned items do not meet the conditions stipulated in that section, we will not accept the return.

Package the item to be returned (only unused items, closed, with proper security seals and in their original packaging) to avoid damage in transport.
We will request the collection in the same place of delivery within a maximum period of 3 days.
Once we receive the material we will check if the return complies with all the conditions for it to be accepted.
You must pay the expenses generated by the return.
Please return the purchased goods only through the procedure described. Products purchased on-line will not be returned by our stores or distributors.
Product defective or in poor condition
Check if your shipment is correct at the time of delivery. If there are discrepancies or problems with your shipment, indicate in the delivery note and sign it.
You must notify us in writing within a maximum of 24 hours. To do this, please fill out our form that contains the instructions for the return.
For defective products or deliveries in poor condition, we will also reimburse the return expenses incurred to return the item. We will automatically and immediately send you the correct product assuming the shipping costs.
The return or replacement of the product will be made as soon as possible, always within 30 days after receipt of the product in question.
The rights recognized by current legislation are safe.
